Generation Z (1997-2015) has the potential to change the outlook on manufacturing in the foreseeable future. Baby Boomers (1946-1964) make up 22%-27% of the current manufacturing workforce. Nearly 10,000 Baby Boomers are retiring each day, leaving a void to fill in the workforce for the next decade.
