Facilities / Equipment
Our production facility is equipped with CNC Machining centers, CAM software, 3D Drafting, and in-process testing for 100% quality. Whether it’s high-volume production, short-run machining, or large-part manufacturing, TMS is here to meet your needs.
For high volume precision welding, TMS employs state of the art robot welders. Robotic welding offers speed and processing gains on high volume parts and assemblies, allowing us to create accurate, fast results for your products. At each stage of production, our technicians pay meticulous attention to detail, making certain that TMS’ products meet the finest tolerances of precision.
Manufacturing
Highly trained personnel and modern, computer-controlled equipment allows TMS to produce hydraulic components with a high degree of precision and quality. High strength, hard chrome plated steel rod provides longer rod and seal life. Only the highest quality tubing is selected to meet TMS’ rigid standards. TMS’ quality custom products are produced for OEM applications in a wide variety of industries, including construction, forestry, waste management, mining, material handling, industrial applications, agriculture, manufacturing, transportation, marine applications, and oil field equipment. Welding personnel are tested by an outside organization and are required to meet a high level of skill and knowledge.
